Finally theo's hero is done and ready for battle

Skills:
Missile: Fires a missile that stuns and deals damage,its homing and can be casted from a long distance
Factory:Creates robots every #seconds
Extra Shot:When Theo attacks there is a % for theo to launch a missile
Rocket Swarm:Theo fires a swarm of rockets that deals damage all over the place
